Information technologies and how they could be made to suck less. Sorry, but I've been in this industry for too long to ignore all the flaws. At times, I'll venture into the purely conceptual realm (meaning that it would be absolutely impractical to make those ideas happen).
User Experience. Most often followed by the word design. But I don't use Photoshop a lot so I'm probably not allowed to use that word in the first place.
